While “carrying the bag,” Jeff observed the day-to-day workings (and challenges) of medical practices across a variety of therapeutic areas including primary care, cardiology, urology, GI, allergy/ENT, optometry, ophthalmology, aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery.
One observation he consistently saw: How to consistently bring in new patients and keep the ones you have?
Better yet, how to attract the “perfect patient” and create raving fans?
He observed the struggles of doctors to bring in new business, leverage their existing patient population and navigating the entire “online thing,” all while running a busy practice.
As a pharmaceutical sales representative, Jeff served in a variety of roles, including specialty sales and sales training.
Jeff served on the brand team for several major product lines, giving him insight into direct response marketing and digital marketing in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. He completed his MBA in Marketing.
After literally thousands of conversations with doctors and staff about lead generation, marketing and sales, the idea of a digital marketing agency was born with PracticeVIP.
